Appointment Requests

Located in Phoenix Arizona.

In the "comments" section please provide a brief description of the tattoo you are wanting, placement, approximate size in inches, tattoo style, color/black and grey, and an approximate date you want to get the tattoo.

Please provide the best way to message you in the comment as well. The artist (Yazz) will then message you to accept the tattoo request and to get more information about the design. Have reference photos ready and be prepared to send deposit.

Deposits are required for all tattoos and non-refundable.
